Collectively as a team we have over 20 years experience in this field, and although we are a fairly new company, so far we haven't had a single Flood Risk Assessment that hasn't received planning permission and 90% of our business is through word of mouth. 

SUR1 forms to achieve credits under the 'Code for Sustainable Homes'​ are produced by our team regularly, as well as Flood Risk Assessments for this also. 

There has also been a surge in the number of Flood Risk Assessments we are being asked to do for BREEAM credits, again we have a 100% pass rate for these.
