Bruce Burish is an accomplished director of restaurant operations with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Operations at Nine Orchard since March 2024, Bruce previously held the position of Senior Managing Partner at Northstar Café from February 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Hillstone Restaurant Group from May 2014 to February 2022, including General Manager, Senior Assistant, Restaurant Operations Manager, and Manager In Training. Bruce also contributed to Eureka! Restaurant Group as Assistant General Manager from June 2013 to June 2014. Early career experience includes serving as a Server at Hillstone Restaurant Group and an internship in the Internal Audit Department at BNY Mellon. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from West Virginia University and completed general studies at Laurel Highlands.
