Gemma Nolan

Gemma Nolan is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Group Head of Talent, Inclusion and Experience at Nine since July 2014. Prior roles at Nine include Head of People and Culture for Sales, Radio, Finance, and Digital, as well as Human Resources Manager for Nine Live. Prior to joining Nine, Gemma held several positions at Luxottica Retail Australia from September 2009 to July 2014, culminating as Senior Human Resources Manager. Gemma began the career at Sydney Harbour Marriott as a Human Resources Administrator and gained initial experience as a Marketing Coordinator at L'Oreal Luxury Products from 2006 to 2008. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from Australian Catholic University, completed in 2006.
