Brian Hibbeln is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in defense, venture capital, and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at National Security Capital Partners and a Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, Hibbeln has also held significant roles as a Venture Partner at SineWave Ventures and a Senior Advisor at Blackstone. As Chief Innovation Officer at NineTwelve and a Board Member at WhiteHawk Inc, Hibbeln contributes to strategic initiatives in technology and innovation. Previously, Hibbeln served as Director of the Remote Sensing Center at the United States Department of Defense and as Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense. Hibbeln holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the United States Air Force Academy.
