Baron Chan

Baron Chan is a Staff Software Engineer at Ninja Van since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing the Driver Service microservice using Java on Play, supporting last-mile delivery operations across six countries. Previous experience includes freelance software development, where Baron contributed to a Unity application for a PhD thesis and co-developed a commercial game for a design competition. Internships at Glints and Oddle provided experience in software engineering roles, focusing on backend services, analytics dashboards, and testing suites. Baron also served as Program Manager for the Singapore Cybersports and Online Gaming Association, coordinating major gaming events. Baron holds a degree from the National University of Singapore.
