Harin Vaidya, PMP has over 16 years of experience in software quality assurance and programming. In 2022, they began working as the Software Quality Assurance Manager at NinjaTrader Group, LLC. Prior to that, they were a Lead Software Engineer in Test at CME Group from 2014 to 2022. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Consultant) at NYSE Euronext, where they were responsible for designing a generic framework to automate performance testing procedures and collaborated with an offshore Europe team for automating Qt widgets. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at HCL Global Systems Inc, where they designed performance testing tools. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Senior Software Engineer in Test (Consultant) at CME Group, where they designed an automated data-driven framework and test suite. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Consultant) at R L Polk, where they automated volume and stress testing with data files containing 10 million+ records. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Senior Software Engineer in Test (Consultant) at CME, where they automated server migration and provided a one-click solution to CME for verifying deployment checkouts on 1000+ servers. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Test Automation Lead (Consultant) at Deluxe Corporation, where they designed and implemented Test Automation architecture, framework, and coding standards. Lastly, from 2006 to 2006, they were a QA Automation Engineer (Consultant) at Oracle Corporation, where they managed and mentored a QA automation team of 25 resources and designed an automation test framework.

Harin Vaidya holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition, they have obtained a Google Project Management Professional Certificate from Coursera in February 2022 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2022.
