NIRAS
Susanne Kynne Frandsen serves as the Senior Vice President for Global People & Communication at NIRAS, a role held since May 2018, previously acting as Global Vice President in the same area. Frandsen oversees a team of over 40 employees supporting 2,500 personnel globally, and is responsible for aligning HR and Communication strategies with NIRAS's business objectives. Prior to NIRAS, Frandsen held the position of HR Director at Aller Media A/S from October 2007 to February 2018, and Sektionsdirektør for HR at NCC from 1998 to 2007. Frandsen's educational background includes degrees from Aarhus University, where a CLM in English and a cand.ling.merc in Engelsk were obtained between 1987 and 1995.
