Adam Karis

Adam Karis is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in operations management, procurement, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Operations Manager at Niron Magnetics, Inc., Adam leads the development of a robust supply chain operation. Previous roles include Supply Chain Manager at Masonite®, Planning and Purchasing Manager at Hutchinson Technology Inc., and Strategic Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager of North America at Ohly, where Adam drove continuous improvement and organizational strategy. Prior experience at 3M included roles ranging from Senior Sourcing Agent to Plant Engineering Stockroom Supervisor, contributing to significant cost savings and process improvements. Adam co-founded Capital ATM, LLP and held a partnership at Badabing'z, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Operations and Supply Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
