Jevgenija Sažina has over 12 years of work experience, starting in 2008 as a Senior Audit Assistant at KPMG. Jevgenija worked in both the Industry sector and Financial sector before becoming a Business Owner in 2012. In 2014, Jevgenija joined NIS Gazprom Neft, where they held various roles including Head of HR analytics and controlling, Compensation and benefits, and Head of Economics, Business excellence and Development. During their time at NIS, they implemented process automation, standardized methodologies, and established an expertise center for HR analytics. Jevgenija also collaborated in setting and driving organizational vision and strategy, participated in collective agreement negotiations, and mentored business owners on financial awareness and performance. Jevgenija is experienced in budgeting and controlling processes, as well as driving innovation and implementing automated solutions.
