Srdjan Brcan has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement Department for the Oilfield Services Block at NIS Gazprom Neft since April 2013. Prior to this role, Srdjan held various positions at Hemofarm AD, a member of STADA Group, from October 2002 to April 2013, including Category Manager and Manager for Sourcing Activities, where responsibilities included implementing sourcing strategies and monitoring market changes. Srdjan also managed intercompany transfers and contract manufacturing, overseeing procurement planning and optimizing purchasing processes. Additionally, Srdjan has been a key user of SAP's MM module, contributing to the rollout of SAP at Hemofarm.
