Tauqeer Ahmed

Tauqeer Ahmed is an experienced professional in the retail and supply chain sectors, currently serving as Category Head for Unstitched Fabrics at Nishat Linen since February 2023, overseeing a portfolio worth 16 billion PKR and achieving a year-over-year assortment growth of approximately 30%. Previously, Tauqeer held positions including Category Head for Kid's Wear at Sapphire Retail Limited, and Regional Operations Manager at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd., demonstrating expertise in merchandise planning, sales operations, and team leadership. Earlier roles also include Deputy Category Manager and Assistant Category Manager at Sapphire Retail Limited, where proficient management of women’s wear and footwear was executed. Tauqeer's foundation in supply chain management was built through experiences at METRO Pakistan and Ruba SEZ Group, complemented by an M.B.A. in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Central Punjab and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance from The University of Lahore.
