In addition, since 2015, Olivier has led Le Comptoir Des Poivres, a fine grocery that sources spices globally, emphasizing quality and direct procurement from production sites. Furthermore, since 2008, Olivier has headed Nishikidôri, which imports Japanese culinary treasures to France, building on a background of exporting French gastronomy to Japan.
