Cara Williams-Klemann

Cara Williams-Klemann, PHR, sHRBP, currently serves as the Manager of HR Business Partnering at NiSource since August 2021. In addition to this role, Cara is the Owner of The W: Business & HR Consulting Group, LLC, which has been operational since April 2014, focusing on enhancing business performance and talent development through consulting and facilitation. Previous positions include HR Leader for The Americas at INEOS from September 2019 to August 2021, Marketing Manager at AIG from March 2014 to March 2018, and Manager of Employee Relations/HR Business Partner at Ashland, Inc. from May 2010 to March 2014. Cara also held earlier roles including Learning & Performance Specialist at Ashland, and Sr HR Rep at Nationwide Insurance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organization Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Bowling Green State University.
