Jaroslav Prochazka is currently the Sr. NPI Manager for Global Operations at Nissens Cooling Solutions, responsible for prototyping and new product introduction in the cooling components sector for wind energy, railway, mining, and off-highway applications across Czech and Slovak manufacturing plants. Previously, Jaroslav held multiple roles at Honeywell, including Sr. Advanced Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing supply chains for casting and sheet metal products in the EMEA region, as well as managing various projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and product launch success. Jaroslav's career began with positions as a Technical Sales Engineer at Vyncke and Abete Dřevostavby, where technical solutions and client relations were key focus areas, complemented by early engineering experience as a Test Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions. Jaroslav holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Brno University of Technology.
