Saloni Sharma

Saloni Sharma is a seasoned Client Servicing Manager at Nium since January 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Executive in Customer Success. Prior to Nium, Saloni built a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership as a Team Lead at WNS Global Services from December 2018 to January 2022, and as a Process Associate at Genpact, serving the National Australian Bank. Saloni holds a Master of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Rajasthan (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution (2012-2015). Early education was completed at St. Paul's Sr. Sec School, Chittorgarh (2009-2011).
