Jesper Toft Olsen has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Jesper Toft started their career in 2000 as an Operations Manager at One World Polymer Products. Jesper Toft then worked as a Project Engineer in the Engineering Department at Maersk Medical from 2002 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2008, Jesper worked at Unomedical, initially as a Project Manager in the Project Department, where they contributed to significant quality improvements in product and process. Jesper Toft later became an International Product Manager in the Sales and Marketing Department, where they built and maintained strong relationships with key account customers and managed the company's product portfolio.
In 2008, Jesper joined BK Ultrasound as a Global Product Manager, responsible for the surgical product portfolio. Jesper Toft oversaw the ultrasound equipment used in various surgical procedures, such as liver surgery and neurosurgery.
From 2011 to 2013, Jesper worked at Philips Healthcare's Anesthesia Care division as a Senior Product Manager.
Since 2013, Jesper has been associated with NKT Photonics. Jesper Toft started as a Product Line Manager for the supercontinuum portfolio and was later promoted to Product Line Manager for the SuperK product line. In their current role as Product Line Director, they are responsible for the entire product line, including profit and loss, product strategy, market strategy, and customer/key-account strategies.
Jesper Toft Olsen completed a Mini MBA in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square in 2022-2023. Jesper Toft also earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1996-2000. Additionally, Jesper obtained a Diploma in Engineering Business Administration from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2002-2004. More recently, in 2021-2022, they completed a six modules course in Board Education at ConsilioNexus Academy.
