Rico Bruus

Rico Bruus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and maritime sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Service for Northern Europe at NKT, where responsibility includes P&L management and leading a team of over 150 employees. Prior to this role, Rico spent nearly 17 years at Maersk Drilling in various leadership positions, including Director of Business Performance, where significant transformation initiatives were implemented, and Head of the Seapulse Global Drilling exploration program, focusing on innovation and strategic partnerships. Rico's earlier career includes marine engineering roles at Maersk and military service in the Royal Danish Navy. Educational qualifications include advanced business programs from IESE Business School and Cornell University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering from SIMAC.
