Lidija Zigic, MBA, is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as CEO of NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo since January 2017, Lidija has previously held significant positions including Board Member CMO/COO at NLB d.d. Sarajevo and Board Member/COO at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank ad Banja Luka. Lidija’s career began at UN World Food Program where a leadership role was undertaken, followed by pivotal contributions at USAID Business Finance. Lidija holds an Executive MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management, a Master’s degree in Management from MBS/Modern Business School in Belgrade, and an undergraduate degree in Management and Business from Ekonomski fakultet Tuzla.
