Stephen Roberts

Stephen Roberts is an experienced R&D Program Manager at nLIGHT since September 2018, overseeing the management of research and development projects from concept to production. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Global Project Manager in Strategic Marketing at Ricoh USA, Inc., focusing on initiatives within the Global Services Strategy Team. Stephen's career also includes a lengthy tenure at Xerox, where roles included Program Manager in the Global Delivery Group and Customer Support Engineering Lead. Earlier experience as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at Fujitsu Computer Products of America involved developing test processes and maintaining quality standards. Stephen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Heald College.
