Samantha Epstein

Samantha Epstein has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations. Samantha began their career in 2006 as Marketing Manager for Downtown Divas Boutique, where they assembled marketing and sales materials for trade shows and events and created graphics for advertisements and promotions. In 2011, they accepted a role as Assistant Vice President Marketing for Foundation Financial Group, where they completed marketing projects for retirement services division, mortgage lending division, and insurance division. In 2013, they took on a role as Marketing/PR Director for Atlantic Coast Bank, where they increased the use of strategic advertising and created and launched Facebook ad campaigns. From 2015 to 2019, they held the role of Marketing and Public Relations (Education) Manager for K9s For Warriors, where they prepared and disseminated press releases, coordinated media coverage with major, national news outlets, and assisted with the acquiring of 3,768 media mentions within a three-year period. In 2019, they accepted the role of Marketing and Public Relations Director for the Florida Department of Health in Duval County, where they leveraged relationships with news media outlets and reporters to increase positive media exposure, applied advanced crisis communication tactics to protect image and reputation, and developed and executed digital communications strategies and policies. Samantha is currently working as Marketing Manager for NLP Logix.

Samantha Epstein attended the University of North Florida from 2005 to 2006, studying Mass Communication/Media Studies. Samantha then attended Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2003 to 2005, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Finally, they attended the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Interdisciplinary Studies.
