Previously, Caroline served as an HR Business Partner at blackbear, where significant contributions included shaping People processes and policies and being a founding member of the People & Culture Team. Caroline's experience also includes roles as a Vraagbaak & Bron- en contactmedewerker at GGD GHOR Nederland, an HR Assistant at Reckitt, and various internships in human resources and hospitality. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague.
