Kimberly J. Warner, Esq. is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in legal services and advocacy. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Legal, Organizing & Advocacy Services at the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation since February 2016, Kimberly has held various positions including Assistant Director for Housing, Managing Housing Attorney, Supervising Attorney, and Attorney. NMIC was founded in 1979 to serve the low-income residents of Upper Manhattan. Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of the people in our community on their paths to secure and prosperous futures. Through our work, we preserve affordable housing through legal services, community organizing, and building weatherization, promote economic self-sufficiency with adult education and workforce development and offer supports of social services, health education, and domestic violence intervention. All NMIC services are free and bilingual in English and Spanish.
