Hongli Lai is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in platform engineering, software development, and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Engineer at NN Group, Hongli is instrumental in building the company's Kubernetes platform to enhance productivity and efficiency. As the Founder and CTO of Phusion B.V., Hongli led the development of the Passenger application server, catering to backend developers and DevOps. Additionally, contributions as a Senior Consultant and Advisor at TrueFullstaq focus on addressing complex technical and organizational challenges through effective mentorship and knowledge transfer.
