Roger L. Klotz has a strong background in executive leadership and management. Roger L. served as the Chief Operating Officer for No Magic, Inc. starting in 2010. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they were the President & CEO of SkyPort Global Communications, Inc., where they provided managed, secure, broadband satellite and terrestrial communication services to various sectors such as Energy, Military, Government, and Enterprise.

Starting in 1979, Roger held various roles at Nortel Networks, including VP & GM Global Customer Service and VP Global Customer Service. During their tenure, they managed over 1800 people and contributed to revenue growth from $250M to $1.3B in three years. Their responsibilities at Nortel included product development and introduction, global customer support, manufacturing, logistics, business re-engineering, and training for all Enterprise Networks products.

Roger L. Klotz attended Mount San Antonio College from 1973 to 1976, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Communications Technology.
