Floris van de Ruit currently serves as the Finance Operations Manager at Nobian since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing Transactional Accounting, Accounts Payable, Credit Control, and Master Data Management. Prior to this role, Floris held the position of Regional Credit Control Manager EMEIA at AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals/Nouryon from March 2017 to May 2021, leading a team of Credit Analysts across multiple countries in managing collections and risk. Floris's earlier experiences include roles such as Project Consultant and Commercial Excellence Analyst at AkzoNobel Performance Coatings, as well as various positions at AkzoNobel and Stork Technical Services focusing on financial control and project management. Floris holds a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Management Accountants and advanced degrees from Nyenrode Business University and Avans University of Applied Sciences in Management and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
