Azadeh Rahimi

Azadeh Rahimi is an experienced professional in customer service and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Nobitex since June 2023. Previously, Azadeh held the position of Sales and Customer Service Manager at Alibaba Travels Co. from December 2019 to November 2023, and spent nearly two decades at ParsOnline Group as the Contact Center Manager, where management of over 200 employees and optimization of contact center operations were key responsibilities. Significant achievements include substantial improvements in call center performance metrics and efficiency through strategic training, technology integration, and resource optimization. Azadeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Qazvin University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Tehran.
