Jennie Howard

Jennie Howard serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Noble Corporation since April 2022, previously holding the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. Prior to their role at Noble Corporation, Jennie worked at Kraton Corporation from September 2015 to March 2022 as Assistant General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, with responsibilities including SEC and NYSE filings, treasury operations, and corporate compliance. Jennie's earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Associate at Andrews Kurth Kenyon, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions, and as Founder and President of Hope for Harambee: Kenyan Education Fund, providing scholarships to students in Kenya. Jennie also has experience as a Student Attorney at The Community and Economic Development Law Clinic and as a Summer Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Jennie earned a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA (Hons) in History and Politics from Durham University.
