Currently serving as the Area Director of Catering and Conference Services for Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Leonor successfully manages catering sales for two luxury hotels, generating $7 million in annual revenue while overseeing a team and coordinating large-scale operations. With previous leadership roles including Director of Catering & Conference Services at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort and Director of Catering and Convention Services at B Ocean Fort Lauderdale, Leonor has consistently driven significant revenue growth and enhanced service standards. An earlier tenure at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group included progressive roles that focused on client acquisition and maximizing client experiences.
