Renee Millett has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Project Architect at Stonehill & Taylor Architects. In 2011, they joined Hersha Hospitality Trust as a Director of Capital Planning, where they created the company's first CapEX model and managed the annual CapEX budgeting process. Renee later became the Senior Director of Capital Planning, overseeing multiple hotel renovation projects and leading the expansion of Hersha offices in various locations. Since 2019, Renee has been with Noble Investment Group, initially serving as a Project Director and currently holding the position of Senior Director, Development.
Renee Millett completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree at Cornell University College of Architecture, Art, and Planning in the year 2005. Renee then pursued further education at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.
