Andrew Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrew started their career as a Sr. Analyst at JP Morgan in 2006 and worked there for five years. Following that, they joined Maersk Oil, Chissonga Project as a Cost Engineer in 2011, where they remained until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in project cost management. In 2016, they joined The Dow Chemical Company as a Program Cost Lead, responsible for a portfolio of Mega Projects globally. Andrew worked on initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and managed 10 Cost Analysts. Lastly, in 2019, Andrew joined Noble Midstream Partners LP as a Program Cost Lead.

From 2001 to 2005, Andrew Caldwell attended Texas State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
