Currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at Noble Research Institute since March 2024, Kayla previously excelled as a Customer Success Manager at Seegrid, working with enterprise technology accounts such as General Motors and the U.S. government from August 2020 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at RLH Corporation, where Kayla served as Director of Customer Retention/Business Analyst and Director of Customer Success, leading initiatives for customer loyalty and managing a global team. Kayla's career began in hospitality with positions at Nittany Lion Inn and Penn State Hospitality Services, complemented by a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
