B.C. LeDoux has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

In 2000, B.C. LeDoux started their career at DRGM Advertising, first as a Copywriter Intern and later as a Creative Director/Copywriter until 2008.

From 2008 to 2017, B.C. LeDoux worked at The Glenn Group, initially as an Executive Creative Director/Partner and later as President/Partner.

In 2015, B.C. LeDoux joined Wide Awake as President/Partner, a position they held until 2017.

In 2017, B.C. LeDoux moved to Noble Studios, where they held the role of Chief Creative Officer/Partner/Managing Director in Las Vegas.

In 2019, B.C. LeDoux joined Noble Performs as Executive Director, leading Noble Studios' specialized division in the United Kingdom.
