Ricardo Figueroa is an accomplished telecommunications engineer manager with extensive experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at Noblis since February 2016, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure and enterprise engineering services. Previously, Ricardo held the position of lead RF systems engineer at Harris Corporation, managing Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) systems for NASA and the Joint Spectrum Center. Additional experience includes roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, the U.S. Department of the Navy, and the United States Air Force, specializing in RF engineering, avionics, and electromagnetic compatibility. Ricardo holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
