Todd Emo

Todd Emo has over 30 years of experience in program management and operations, currently serving as PM/Portfolio Lead at Noblis since July 2008, overseeing task orders under a $600M contract with the FAA and leading a team of approximately 60 employees. Prior to this role, Todd Emo served as Operations Manager at USMC Quantico, where responsibilities included project planning, risk management, and leadership of cross-functional teams. During a distinguished career in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1988 to 2008, Todd Emo held various leadership positions, including Lead Systems Engineer for a significant DoD IT program, where architectural design for a collaborative defense system was developed. Todd Emo holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Animal Science from The Ohio State University.
