Prior to this role, Jody Plows was the Managing Director at Horton-Plows Consultancy Ltd, advising fashion brands on enhancing merchandising and buying practices for commercial success. Jody Plows has held significant positions at prominent companies, including Product Merchandising Director and Head of Merchandising Footwear & Accessories at New Look, and Global Head of Merchandising Womenswear at F&F Clothing. Jody Plows began a career in fashion at River Island as a Senior Merchandiser and has a strong educational background from Kings School Peterborough.
