Sanjay Purohit

Sanjay Purohit currently serves as the Head of the Value Creation Unit and Managing Director, Co-Head of the Transformation Practice at Accordion, where specialized financial consulting services drive value creation for the private equity community. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Transformation Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer at NOBULL, and Chief Transformation Officer at REEF, focusing on operational improvements and service transformations. Sanjay has held prominent positions such as Managing Director at Probot Ventures and M-III Partners, LP, overseeing performance improvement and strategic solutions for various companies. As the Founder and CEO of iProf Learning Solutions, Sanjay scaled an Edtech company serving over 8 million students. Additional leadership positions include CEO roles at Best Manufacturing, Dan River Inc., and Colwell Salmon Communications, where Sanjay managed significant restructuring and performance enhancement. Sanjay holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
