Sofía Lima

Sofía Lima has worked in various roles in the past few years. In 2019, they were a Supply Chain Intern at Arcos del Sur S.R.L, where they completed tasks such as Supply Chain Training, Training on quality standards and procedures, and Creation of Purchase Orders. In 2020, they were an Administrative Intern at the Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA), a Growth Intern at Glocalzone, and a Procurement Intern at PedidosYa. At PedidosYa, they approved purchase orders from the different areas of the company at a regional level through the Ariba system, and did circularization and reconciliations with suppliers. In 2021, they were a Marketing & Sourcing Assistant at Chargeurs and an Assistant Professor of Marketing I at Universidad de Montevideo, where they assisted in evaluation and monitoring of students' performance and supported in the planning and execution of academic projects for the course. Lastly, in 2022, they are a Jr. Account Manager for China at nocnoc.

Sofía Lima is currently pursuing a Bachelor of International Business at Universidad de Montevideo, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021. Sofía is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management at the same university, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Sofía is pursuing a Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Universidad de Montevideo, both of which they began in 2021 and are expected to be completed in 2022 and 2023, respectively. In 2021, Sofía also participated in the Winter Term 2021 - Academic Exchange program at Audencia, which focused on International Business.

Sofía has also obtained several certifications. Sofía obtained a Portuguese Certificate from Universidad de Montevideo in November 2020, a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English in June 2017, a First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English in December 2015, an Informática Aplicada / Computing certificate from Universidad Católica del Uruguay in November 2014, and an IELTS / Overall Score: 8.0 certificate from the British Council in June 2020.
