Marc van den Tweel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Since July 2021, Marc serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary-General of NOC*NSF, overseeing a federation of 77 sports associations involving 330 disciplines and 5 million members. Prior to this role, Marc was the Chief Executive Officer at Natuurmonumenten from 2012 to 2021, where responsibility included the management of 355 nature reserves and cultural heritage sites. Additional experience includes co-owning Compendor Publishing & Consulting, leading Ronald McDonald Kinderfonds as Chief Executive Officer, and serving in various capacities at WWF-Netherlands, including Chair of the Global Membership Investment Fund. Earlier in Marc's career, management consulting positions were held at Twynstra Gudde and marketing roles at COMTEC/PR and other organizations.
