Oded Goldberger

Oded Goldberger has extensive experience in the energy and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Head of IPP Projects, Regulation and Contracts Department at Noga - Israel Independent System Operator since November 2021. Prior to this role, Oded worked at IEC - Israel Electric Corporation for twelve years, where responsibilities included managing and coordinating Independent Power Producers throughout the entire process from survey to commercial startup. Additional experience includes leadership positions at ViGSM (Skuku) as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing business divisions and strategic operations, and self-employment as a Project Management and Telecommunications Consultant focused on the Israeli Number Portability Project. Previous roles also cover project and product management at Mind CTI, Surf Communication Solutions, and Tescom. Oded holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
