Oded Naftaly

Oded Naftaly is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in strategic IT leadership, currently serving as VP of Information Technology, CIO, and CDO at Noga - Israel Independent System Operator since September 2020. In this role, Oded oversees the establishment and management of IT infrastructure, develops corporate IT policies, and provides technological counsel to executive leadership. With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, Oded champions digital transformation initiatives and manages data infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous roles include lecturing on data and business intelligence at Bar-Ilan University and iNT College, as well as serving in various leadership positions in business intelligence at companies such as EL AL Israel Airlines and yes. Oded holds an MBA in Business and Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
