Danielle Teixeira da Silva is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent attraction and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Noh since February 2022, Danielle leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with business goals. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at ZX Ventures LATAM as the LATAM Talent Attraction Coordinator, focusing on global recruitment in technology and business, and managing various initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and employee experience. Previously, Danielle held positions at Liv Up and The Body Shop, where responsibilities included enhancing recruitment processes and building employer branding through community partnerships and events. Danielle holds an Executive Formation in Business Partner of Human Resources from FGV Educação Executiva, and a degree in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
