Zheng Li is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering and information technology, currently serving as the Head of Nuage Networks Virtualized Cloud Services R&D China at Nokia Shanghai Bell since May 2021. Zheng established the R&D team and lab in China and oversees quality assurance testing for Nuage SDN solutions in Telco Cloud data centers, reporting to both the Greater China IP head and the global R&D head. Prior to this role, Zheng held positions at Nokia as a Senior R&D Engineer and R&D Engineer, focusing on software quality assurance, product development, and customer issue resolution. Experience at Bell Labs included strategic planning and research on access networks, while earlier work as a PhD researcher at KU Leuven involved wireless sensor networks and teaching circuit design. Zheng earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, complemented by a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
