Mohamed Abdelaziz

Mohamed Abdelaziz has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in radio frequency (RF) design and project management. Currently serving as an In-Building Senior RF Design Engineer at Nokia since May 2010, Mohamed has focused on customizing 5G mmWave BeamSets, indoor and outdoor radio planning, and managing extensive projects such as the MFO-MW Project in Sinai, Egypt. Previously, roles included Senior NPO Project Manager and Senior IBS Project Manager at Nokia, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, performance audits, and risk assessments. Prior to Nokia, Mohamed held the position of NPO-RNO Manager at Huawei Technologies, managing a large team of RF engineers, and contributed to RF planning at Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in various countries across Africa and Asia. Mohamed holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications/Electronics.
