Tracey Allen

Tracey Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, notably at Nokia from June 2018 to January 2025, where Tracey served as Head of Real Estate and Vice-President of IT Procurement. In these roles, Tracey led a global IT procurement team, successfully managing supplier strategy, contracts, negotiations, and governance, while restructuring the organization for optimal performance. Additionally, Tracey directed a global procurement organization for the IP & Optical Networking business, overseeing significant spend and operations. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Senior Corporate Contracts Administrator at Newbridge and as a Strategic Business Analyst at Future Electronics. Tracey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Bishop's University and a Diploma in Material Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
