Letícia Gatto has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Letícia currently holds a position at Nomad as a Data Protection Officer and Compliance Coordinator. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Specialist at Nomad as well. Letícia's earlier experiences include working at OAB SP as a Member of the Corporate Law and Compliance Committee, and at Loeser, Blanchet e Hadad Advogados as a Senior Lawyer. Letícia also worked as a Lawyer at Brocchi e Souza Sociedade de Advogados and Escritório de Advocacia Olavo Gliorio Gozzano Advogados Associados. Letícia's previous role at TMF Group was as a Legal and Compliance Analyst, where they were involved in policy review and development, due diligence analysis, and KYC and Compliance documentation processes. Additionally, they have gained legal expertise through internships at Procuradoria Geral do Estado - Campinas, Tribunal Regional do Trabalho 15ª Região - Campinas/SP, and FUNAP – Fundação “Prof. Dr. Manoel Pedro Pimentel”, where they provided legal assistance, conducted research, and handled document management.

Letícia Gatto's education history begins with their bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, they pursued an extension program in Comparative Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. From 2018 to 2020, Letícia pursued a specialization in Law and Economics at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Currently, Letícia is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Business Law (Empresarial) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, starting in 2021 with an expected completion in 2023.
