Frank's extensive background includes over a decade at IKEA Group, where roles ranged from Graphic Design Lead for the UK and Ireland to Graphic Communication Leader. Early career experience encompasses positions as a Marketing and Web Specialist at Douglas and Grahame Ltd and a Document Specialist at PwC. Frank holds degrees in Visual Communication from Ulster University and Belfast Metropolitan College.
