Matt Sousae

Matt Sousae is a seasoned professional in sales operations with extensive experience in creating scalable processes for global go-to-market teams. Since June 2021, Matt has served as the Director of Sales Operations at Noname Security, focusing on CRM management, forecasting, account strategy, territory planning, and data analytics. Prior to this role, Matt was the Sales Ops Manager at Liftoff Mobile, Inc from May 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included technical partnership across various departments and optimizing the sales tech stack. Earlier positions include Sales Account Manager and Salesforce Admin at Phoenix Bioinformatics Corporation, Account Manager at Pepperjam, and Co-Founder of WC Capital Investments. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from San Francisco State University and completed a Data Analytics program at General Assembly in 2020.
