Julie Billy

Julie is an Associate Consultant for the firm’s Outsourcing Division. She will provide operational and administrative human resources support to Nonprofit HR clients. Her goal is to provide the full spectrum of HR support and assistance for the success of Nonprofit HR clients.

Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Julie was the HR leader at a Liberal Arts University. She has experience in talent management, onboarding, policy, handbook creation and HRIS implementation. She previously worked in the financial sector in both the compliance and training and development departments at the regional and branch levels. Julie has a passion for the data behind HR transactions and wants to help organizations maximize their HR team and systems to ensure employee and operational efficiency.

Julie received her Executive Master of Business Administration from Stetson University (Go Hatters!) and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University (Go Panthers!). In her free time, she loves playing in local soccer clubs, running, taking care of her two cats and binging on nonfiction novels full of action.
