Noora Health
I handle expanding the part where the CCP thrives outside of India. I am responsible to setup the program in Bangladesh, Indonesia and any other countries that we might decide to work in. I joined Noora in 2019 and this is my first stint in public health. I have worked in the spaces of Public education, public policy implementation and social entrepreneurship too in the past. I run an NGO called Dream India (www.dreamindia.org) along with a couple of friends.
I live in Bangalore. I love to consume and create music. I am a drummer, singer, and an aspiring guitarist. Love sport - cricket and badminton mostly and have an incorrigible need to play some game every week.

Noora Health’s mission is to improve outcomes and strengthen health systems by equipping family caregivers with the skills they need to care for their loved ones. Founded in 2014, Noora Health works closely with local partners and governments, turning hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms by tapping into the most compassionate resources available for the patient’s care: their own family. In collaboration with implementing partners in India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, Noora Health has trained more than 3.5 million caregivers across over 400 facilities using their flagship caregiver education and training curriculum, the Care Companion Program (CCP). In a cohort of patients, the CCP reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, maternal complications by 12%, newborn complications by 16%, and newborn readmissions by 56%. Noora Health was honored as a TED 2022 Audacious Project Grantee and recipient of the 2022 Skoll Foundation Award for Social Innovation.
