Manpreet Singh has extensive work experience in the field of server administration, cloud operations, and customer success management. Manpreet is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at nOps.io since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SysOp Solutions as a Cloud Operations Engineer and DevOps professional. Manpreet has also worked at OpaxWeb Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Server Admin, where they handled VIP dedicated customer support, server setup and maintenance, and management of virtual private server services. Earlier in their career, Manpreet founded ProHosterz Web Solutions Pty Limited, where they were responsible for setting up new servers, performing account upgrades and emergency migrations, troubleshooting, and providing extensive customer support.

Manpreet Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they finished their 12th Standard in Non-Medical from Army School, spanning from 1994 to 2006. In addition, they received certification as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2023.
